David R. Ostrowski, 45, of Elmwood Park, passed away March 14, 2017. Devoted father of Jack Ostrowski. Loving son of Clarence and the late Stephanie Ostrowski. Dear brother of John, Jeff (Susan), Denice (Steve) Wasicki. Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews.
David was born June 10, 1971 in Chicago.
Visitation Sunday 3:00 – 9:00 P.M. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect.
Visitation continues Monday, 11:30 A.M. until Funeral Mass 12:30 A.M. at St. Alphonsus Church, 411 Wheeling Rd., Prospect Heights, IL 60070.
